With a deep understanding of the veterinary industry’s unique challenges, Clint has emerged as an international speaker on technology in veterinary medicine, authored over 150 articles on cybersecurity and IT in veterinary hospitals, and developed CE accredited courses for Patterson Veterinary University. Clint’s mission is to empower veterinary professionals with the knowledge to protect their data and streamline their technology solutions, focusing on delivering quality care for our four-legged family members. This dedication stems from his personal experience as a pet owner of two senior Yorkies, emphasizing the importance of reliable veterinary care. Through Lucca, Clint offers a balanced approach to IT services, ensuring veterinary hospitals are equipped with what they need, safeguarding against cyber threats while managing IT costs efficiently.

Mom to a 14-year-old miniature dachshund, Logan was no stranger to the vet but when she left a clinic with a 5-month-old American shepherd on her 2nd day working in the veterinary industry, she knew she had found her passion.

Logan enjoys working with practice owners and their teams to understand their IT difficulties and come up with solutions that work for each unique practice. She believes IT should not be complicated and wants to help educate practices to ensure they are making smart decisions when it comes to technology.

John Oppelaar is the Network Administrator at Lucca Veterinary Data Security, where he brings a strong technical background and a genuine passion for problem-solving to the team. A lifelong animal lover, John shares his home with two dogs and four cats, a connection that inspires his commitment to supporting veterinary professionals through technology. Outside of work, John enjoys playing board games, discovering new music, and reminiscing about his time as a coffee shop owner, where he honed his creativity and customer-focused approach. John’s diverse experiences and enthusiasm make him a valued part of the Lucca Veterinary Data Security team.

Director of Business Development

Eric spent a large part of this career working closely with county workforce boards across the country to provide technology solutions to manage federal grants and to increase the education level and job skills of local communities. To further his passion to help customers succeed, Eric joined Lucca Veterinary Data Security as a Directory of Business Development. Eric greatly enjoys spending time with customers to understand their unique needs and how technology can help their businesses thrive. Eric’s goal is to leverage his experience with county workforce boards coupled with his role as a Senior Product Manager on the Trade Desk’s Innovation team to accelerate the delivery of Lucca’s Veterinary solutions to Veterinary hospitals across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Keelan has lived an extraordinary life. Born in South Africa and whisked into a lifestyle of adventure since the age of twelve, he has experienced many different cultures and ways of living while traveling with his family in an old Land Rover. From the rarefied air of the high Andes, to the Alaskan glaciers and the dense swamps of the Congo, Keelan has learned countless lessons, but one that rings true is that no matter where you go in the world, a pet’s love never changes, animals possess dignity, courage, and loyalty. This lesson, paired with his insatiable passion for everything I.T. and his desire to help others, led him to Lucca IT, where he can combine all these interests and flourish while ensuring that everyone he helps can succeed.
